Early Career Internship – Distribution Technology

About the role

Join Invesco’s Distribution Technology team for a 9‑week summer internship starting June 2027. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in data‑driven solutions and cloud‑based pipelines while building a network across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Learn Invesco’s business model, products, sales and operations.
• Participate in cultural, technology and management training sessions.
• Shadow end‑to‑end technology solutions and contribute to project work.
• Build core capabilities such as business analysis, application development or infrastructure engineering.
• Collaborate with the Early Careers technology team and share ideas for improvement.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, junior class graduating summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and technical abilities with attention to detail.
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
