Dynamics CRM Functional Associate – MB210/220/230/240 & PL400

About the role

The Dynamics CRM Functional Associate will work closely with Microsoft Dynamics leadership and client teams to drive field‑service transformation projects. This senior role combines consulting expertise, technical delivery, and business development to help organisations modernise their sales and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and sell Dynamics CRM transformation opportunities.
• Design and implement sales and service experiences using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Advise clients on best practices for field service, sales, and customer service processes.
• Create collateral and thought‑leadership content to differentiate the firm in the marketplace.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in CRM consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics CRM 2011 (On‑Prem) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Deep functional knowledge of sales and service processes within Dynamics 365.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
