About the role
We are looking for a Distribution Operations Manager to serve as the central operational hub for Empathy’s North American Distribution organization. In this strategic position you will ensure consistent workflows, drive scalable training programs and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives that enable advisors and partner carriers to adopt Empathy‑enabled solutions efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational partner for the Distribution team, standardising processes, communication and execution across all regions and partners.
- Support national distribution priorities, partner initiatives and go‑to‑market strategies, maintaining regular communication rhythms and visibility into activities and performance.
- Define and monitor KPIs, activity standards and success metrics such as outreach, follow‑up SLAs, reporting accuracy, advisor engagement and partner activation.
- Ensure all advisor and partner interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
- Design and implement a scalable training framework for distribution partners across all tiers, including new‑partner launch webinars and quarterly updates for Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences.
- Identify training gaps with Distribution Leadership and continuously evolve content and delivery methods.
- Build scalable solutions for high‑volume demo demand, such as centralized demos and self‑serve resources.
Required profile
- Proven experience in distribution or operations management within a fast‑growing, multi‑partner environment.
- Strong ability to create repeatable processes, standardised training programs and clear communication frameworks.
- Track record of collaborating with leadership, sales, client success, marketing and business development teams.
- Attention to regulatory compliance and data‑driven performance measurement.
