Dispatcher – Route Planning & Operations

About the role

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, as a Dispatcher responsible for managing daily routing operations and ensuring efficient delivery of portable restroom and related products. You will work in a small‑office environment, supporting both customers and field staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize route sequences for pick‑up and delivery drivers.
• Address customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain safety standards in line with federal, state, and company policies.
• Forecast equipment needs and communicate requirements to the team.
• Perform data entry and distribution tasks related to routing.
• Continuously improve route efficiencies through regular maintenance and adjustments.

Required profile

• Strong geographical knowledge of service areas.
• Experience routing pick‑up, delivery, and route drivers.
• Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and other standard computer programs.
