Director of Sales – Amazon

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially‑minded Director of Sales – Amazon to lead growth for our beverage portfolio on Amazon.com. This high‑visibility position blends sales leadership, strategic planning, pricing, promotions, and digital‑shelf optimization to drive profitable, sustainable expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Amazon.com customer lead, accountable for top‑line growth, joint business planning, and promotional execution.
• Build strong relationships with merchants and bottler partners, co‑author multi‑year joint business plans, and own sell‑in of marketing pillar programs, innovation, assortment changes, and pricing strategy.
• Identify white‑space opportunities, competitive threats, and growth prospects through category reviews and sales performance monitoring.
• Manage customer P&L and trade spend, conduct deep financial and promotional analyses, and influence bottling partners to align with growth plans.
• Lead strategy development for the Digital Shelf, Marketing & Promotional Calendar, assortment expansion, and innovation, acting as project manager for launches.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Leadership, and Commercial teams to align strategies.
