Director of Recruiting – Talent Acquisition Leader

About the role

The Director of Recruiting will lead Kelly Pediatric Therapy’s talent acquisition function, shaping strategies that attract top talent to support our mission of changing lives. This senior position reports to senior leadership and drives end‑to‑end recruitment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with organizational hiring goals.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with account managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate a recruiting team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to enforce best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams.
• Experience in staffing, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to design and execute recruiting strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence with senior leadership.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
