About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to direct its global Real Estate Services portfolio. The Director will shape workplace strategy, drive space optimization, and align the office footprint with the company’s hybrid work model and business demand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global workplace capacity strategy, ensuring the office footprint supports hybrid work and employee experience.
• Partner with the Regional Real Estate Vice President and local real‑estate leads to plan and execute space optimization initiatives.
• Utilize advanced workplace tools and data analytics to inform design, occupancy, and operational decisions.
• Manage financial and operational complexity across a multi‑geography portfolio.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior stakeholders and drive change across the organization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in large‑scale corporate real estate across multiple regions.
• Proven expertise in workplace strategy, capacity management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a global portfolio.
• Experience leveraging workplace technology in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level interaction.
