Director of Quality – Multi‑Division Organization

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Quality to shape and execute a unified quality strategy across three diverse divisions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the trusted voice of quality, driving operational excellence and supporting long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive quality strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow quality teams in each division.
• Drive supplier development and improve supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Manage internal and external corrective actions (CAPA) and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
• Standardize quality systems, processes, and metrics while championing continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and executive teams to embed a culture of accountability and customer focus.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive quality experience, preferably in metal manufacturing.
• 5+ years of management experience leading multi‑site or multi‑division quality programs.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Strong collaborative leadership style grounded in respect, transparency, and trust.
