Director of Investor Relations

About the role

Ivy Capital is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead capital formation, manage investor relationships, and enhance the firm’s brand in a fast‑growing real‑estate environment. This senior, hands‑on position works closely with the Investor Relations Manager and senior leadership to expand the investor base and ensure a professional experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end capital raise process for each new deal, from initial outreach through commitment and close.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, and broker‑dealers, tracking activity rigorously in a CRM.
• Lead qualification conversations, present investment opportunities, and guide prospects through due‑diligence and subscription.
• Develop strategic referral partnerships with wealth advisors, placement agents, and other capital introducers.
• Represent Ivy Capital at industry conferences, investor forums, and networking events.
• Analyze pipeline conversion metrics and lead‑source ROI to continuously improve acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to create deal‑specific investment summaries, pitch decks, and offering materials.
