Director, Claims Analytics – Mass Tort & Litigation

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its Claims Analytics practice focused on mass tort and litigation matters. You will provide strategic legal guidance, shape risk‑management frameworks, and drive innovative analytics solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement legal strategies that minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple industries.
• Oversee contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation support to protect organizational interests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business objectives with legal solutions.
• Manage legal project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
• Create policies and guidelines that support corporate governance and regulatory adherence.
• Leverage analytical thinking and AI fluency to design innovative legal solutions.
• Prepare legal documents and strategies for complex mass‑tort, MDL, class‑action, and settlement programs.
• Foster an inclusive culture within the Office of General Counsel and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in mass‑tort, multidistrict litigation, class‑action, or claims settlement programs.
• Background in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Law, or Marketing is a plus.
