Director, Brand Marketing – Microbiome Franchise

About the role

The Director, Brand Marketing will lead the Nestlé Microbiome franchise, focusing on recurrent C. diff infections. You will translate market trends into actionable insights, shape launch excellence and go‑to‑market strategies for new indications, and drive competitive intelligence for the U.S. microbiome Rx portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and share marketplace, customer and competitive insights to senior management, RxLT and sales teams.
• Develop and implement high‑quality HCP prescriber targeting aligned with marketing strategies.
• Manage business and financial simulations to support senior‑level decision making on initiative prioritization.
• Lead evaluation of healthcare and competitive landscapes to inform brand and channel strategies.
• Partner with Market Access, Sales and Business Development to evolve prescriber, payer and new‑business strategies.
• Coordinate customer prioritizations, marketing messages and detailed product forecasts for new launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related medical field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing commercial operations within the pharma/medical industry.
• Proven ability to manage transversal activities in international, cross‑functional matrix environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
