About the role

As a Dinner Shift Crew Member at Wendy’s you will join a fast‑paced restaurant team delivering quality food and friendly service during the evening hours. You’ll work in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling options.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items and assemble orders following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers and headsets safely and efficiently.
• Serve customers promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
• Stand and move throughout the shift as required.

• Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
• Eagerness to learn and follow established procedures.
• Ability to recognize and correct issues quickly.
• Physical ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
