About the role
As a Dinner Shift Crew Member at Wendy’s you will join a fast‑paced restaurant team delivering quality food and friendly service during the evening hours. You’ll work in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling options.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items and assemble orders following Wendy’s brand standards.
- Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers and headsets safely and efficiently.
- Serve customers promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Stand and move throughout the shift as required.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
- Eagerness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Ability to recognize and correct issues quickly.
- Physical ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
