About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive integrated digital campaigns across paid media, website, social, and email channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to boost brand awareness, engagement, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Set up campaigns, manage audience targeting, budgets, QA, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain website content, landing pages, and CMS updates.
- Support SEO initiatives through metadata, keyword optimization, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate organic social media content, scheduling, calendars, and community management.
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and testing.
- Compile performance reports and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure marketing assets, messaging, and deliverables are aligned across teams.
- Document campaign timelines, workflows, and maintain organized records.
- Monitor digital trends and platform updates to drive innovation.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or campaign coordination.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Sales, or external partners.
