Digital Marketing Analytics Analyst

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analytics Analyst will join Nestlé USA’s Commercial Excellence team to deliver real‑time digital and social insights that drive brand strategy across more than 25 brand teams. Reporting to the Digital & Social Intelligence Manager, the analyst will support existing digital intelligence capabilities and help launch emerging AI‑driven listening tools.

Key responsibilities

• Enable self‑service reporting and analysis for brand teams across paid media, social, website, SEO, CRM/email and other digital channels.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards, conduct A/B testing, and measure the sales impact of advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to operationalize data flows and establish reporting structures.
• Manage end‑to‑end reporting requests, from framework design to data visualization and recommendation delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, communications, business, economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, social listening, or data management.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets, coordinate IT resources, and translate business needs into analytical frameworks.
