About the role

Candace Marie Consulting is looking for a Digital & Creative Operations Assistant to support the founder of a boutique social media consultancy that serves luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. The role blends creative production with operational precision, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day execution of social media campaigns and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts; shoot on iPhone and generate on‑set ideas.
• Write platform‑specific copy that captures distinct brand voices while maintaining strong grammar.
• Monitor competitor activity and social trends, delivering actionable insights and fresh strategic ideas.
• Manage a dynamic, multi‑time‑zone calendar, confirming appointments and preparing necessary context.
• Handle professional communication with clients, talent, vendors and partners, drafting emails and managing follow‑ups.
• Compile reports, track expenses, coordinate vendors and maintain organized digital and physical files.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end photo/video shoots, adapting quickly on set.
• Oversee product and sample logistics, including tracking, drop‑offs and returns.
