Digital Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Coordinator will support French Cuff Boutique’s ecommerce and digital marketing strategy, focusing on driving revenue, enhancing the online client experience, and growing organic traffic. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to maintain the homepage, collections, and site merchandising aligned with promotions and revenue goals.
• Manage daily ecommerce catalog updates, including new arrivals, product organization, linking, fit details, and product knowledge.
• Maintain strong website navigation and product organization to support conversion and SEO optimization.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy through optimized product titles, descriptions, and collections.
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline workflow, content creation, and reporting.
