Digital Channels & Innovation Intern

About the role

World Vision is looking for a motivated intern to support its Digital Channels team. You will help expand the organization’s digital influence through LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content optimization, while gaining hands‑on experience in digital strategy and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Support LinkedIn growth and thought‑leadership strategy by analysing high‑performing content, identifying engagement opportunities, and preparing monthly performance reports.
• Assist YouTube channel expansion through content audits, SEO optimisation of titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and analysis of audience retention trends.
• Conduct audits of priority website content to improve structure for AI‑driven search (AEO/GEO) and recommend editorial enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of a digital impact dashboard to track key metrics across channels.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate eager to work in international relief and development.
• Strong interest in digital media, social platforms, and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to produce clear reports.
