About the role

Studio Joseph is a small, interdisciplinary design studio working in the cultural sector. We are seeking a talented designer with 2‑5 years of experience who is curious, thoughtful, and creative to help institutions re‑imagine their future.

Key responsibilities

• Generate innovative design concepts for cultural environments and installations.
• Develop designs from concept through documentation and construction phases.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in design or architecture.
• Professional architectural degree (M.Arch or B.Arch).
• Proactive attitude with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in Enscape.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range $68,000‑$75,000 annually.
