Data Product Manager - Securities Markets Technology (Capital Markets)

About the role

The Data Product Manager will join Infosys Consulting’s Financial Services practice, working within a global, cross‑cultural team that delivers business consulting engagements for capital‑market clients. You will help drive product innovation, improve user experience and shape data‑driven solutions across securities markets.

Key responsibilities

• Document and understand end‑to‑end process workflows for each data‑domain application in capital markets.
• Analyse data lineage and perform data analysis to identify differences across datasets and pinpoint primary sources.
• Create and maintain data mappings, business process documentation and data transformation specifications.
• Compare data hierarchies across multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Define data contracts for both producing and consuming domains.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with capital‑markets firms and 7‑8 years in financial services.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with capital‑market data flows (e.g., holdings, transactions, reference data, trades).
• Proven ability to apply consulting frameworks, collaborate with client stakeholders and deliver measurable business results.
