Data Entry Operator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Operator to support our behavioral health services team. This remote position involves maintaining accurate client records and program data across multiple internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain client records, program data, and operational information in company databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies promptly.
• Generate and compile data reports for internal departments and management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, IT, or related field is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a healthcare‑related role.
• Excellent typing speed (40–50 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
