Data Entry Clerk (Work From Home)

About the role

Horizon NJ Health is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join its fully remote team. You will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of member and operational data that supports Medicaid managed‑care services.

Key responsibilities

• Enter information from source documents into designated databases and systems.
• Verify data accuracy by cross‑checking against original records and correct any discrepancies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive member and company data.
• Review and update existing records to keep information current and complete.
• Prepare and sort documents for entry and generate required reports.
• Follow data‑integrity and quality‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a data‑entry or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Understanding of data confidentiality principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
