Data, BI & AI Analyst

About the role

verticalavi is looking for a curious and analytical Data, BI & AI Analyst to help expand its data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence capabilities. This early‑career position offers the chance to work closely with the Technical Director and stakeholders across the organization, shaping innovative data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and adoption of Zoho Analytics, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for multiple departments.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and document data for organizational reporting and partner with staff to identify reporting needs.
• Assist with the DAVE data program by gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for visualizations, documenting sources and requirements.
• Support the implementation of approved AI tools, develop prompts, templates, and use‑case documentation while ensuring compliance with AI governance.
• Monitor data quality, handle audits, reconciliations, and cleanup efforts, and produce user guides and training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
