Data & Analytics Analyst (AI & Automation)

About the role

Alterra IOS is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst to drive technology adoption, AI automation, and data visualization across its real‑estate investment platform. You will collaborate with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance, and Operations to deliver high‑quality data solutions that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Test, refine, and support AI‑driven tools for zoning, leasing, mapping, and query assistance.
• Monitor deployment of new technology initiatives in leasing and finance.
• Develop and improve automation workflows for market data, acquisitions, insurance, leasing, and email assistance.
• Enhance machine‑learning models through testing and feature development.
• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI and integrate GIS mapping where needed.
• Maintain clean, high‑quality datasets and assist with database migration and integration projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn independently.
• Driven mindset for solving technical challenges and delivering robust solutions.
