HubSpot CMS Web Developer (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with deep expertise in HubSpot CMS to support ongoing website initiatives for a technology client. The role is remote, contract‑based, and will collaborate closely with marketing, content, SEO, and design teams to create and optimise web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website pages, blog templates, and reusable modules within HubSpot CMS Hub.
• Support website updates, blog publishing workflows, and campaign launches.
• Build responsive front‑end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize pages for SEO, accessibility, performance, and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute web initiatives.
• Troubleshoot CMS, styling, and cross‑browser/device rendering issues.
• Maintain consistency across templates, components, and brand standards.
• Assist with analytics, tagging, and tracking implementation as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of web development experience supporting marketing or content‑focused teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and HubL.
• Experience supporting blog ecosystems and content publishing workflows.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation.
• Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
