About the role

nuKudo offers a full‑time, paid Cybersecurity Specialist training program. From day one you are a W2 employee with salary and benefits, while you receive intensive, hands‑on instruction that prepares you for a real cybersecurity position with one of our partner organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intensive, in‑office training led by industry experts.
• Earn industry‑recognized certifications such as GCIH and OSCP.
• Participate in advanced simulations, labs, and team‑based projects.
• Develop technical communication skills through presentations and product demos.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors throughout the program.
• Transition into a cybersecurity role with a partner organization after graduation.

Required profile

• Motivation to start or advance a career in cybersecurity.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dallas for the training period.
• Ability to engage in hands‑on problem solving and teamwork.

Required skills

• GCIH certification (or willingness to obtain).
• OSCP certification (or willingness to obtain).
