About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to provide clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance to our clients. You will work remotely, handling a variety of support queries while contributing to the improvement of AI‑driven support tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver written and verbal responses that are precise, friendly, and solution‑focused.
• Offer real‑world insights to help refine AI‑based support systems.
• Assess, annotate, and review support interactions to maintain quality and consistency.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and document best‑practice resolutions.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to share feedback, suggest process improvements, and enhance training data.

Required profile
