About the role
The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams in Charlotte. You will manage the full order lifecycle, maintain strong account relationships, and ensure a high level of service at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotes, customer orders, and work orders.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Handle invoicing, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor order status.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Production, Marketing, and Logistics.
- Monitor account activity and proactively address issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 3+ years of customer service or account support experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum three years of continuous employment with the same company (ideally five years).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and effective communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (part of Microsoft Office suite).
