Customer Service Representative

About the role

Spear is looking for a passionate and reliable remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between patients and therapists. After three weeks of on‑site training in New York, you will work from home supporting appointment scheduling and patient communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact between patients and therapists, ensuring smooth access to care.
• Facilitate patient visits by managing appointment scheduling, data entry, and confirmation.
• Answer incoming phone calls, process online appointment requests, and handle contact inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems in real time.
• Provide courteous, timely, and professional customer service across multiple communication channels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Hospitable, welcoming attitude with strong team orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and demonstrate a willingness to grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
