About the role
The Customer Service Representative II provides first‑level support for assigned customer accounts, handling order and delivery issues and acting as the primary point of contact for buyers and brokers. The role works on an early shift (5:00 am‑1:30 pm, Monday‑Friday) in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels for all SKUs, identify imbalances and coordinate with Production Planning to ensure product availability.
- Maintain daily and weekly in‑stock metrics, generate customer scorecards and report fines or fees.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries within 30 minutes and resolve issues by end of day.
- Collaborate with operations, planning, transportation and sales teams to troubleshoot order discrepancies.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and the launch of new products.
- Travel to on‑site customer meetings when required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze inventory data.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work early shift hours and occasional travel.
