About the role
Join Tesla’s Collision Repair Program as a Customer Service Representative, supporting the Internal Collision Center and ensuring a seamless experience for vehicle owners throughout the repair process. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating schedules, rentals, and communications while maintaining high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule maintenance and coordinate vehicle arrivals.
- Prepare vehicles for service and manage rental hand‑offs.
- Communicate expectations and updates to customers.
- Provide real‑time vehicle status updates.
- Reorder materials and supplies as needed.
- Review repairs and oversee delivery to customers.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑oriented attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to train others and work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Experience with account receivable processes is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
