About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to work the night shift on a US‑based campaign. The position involves interacting with customers via phone, delivering high‑quality support, and contributing to sales objectives while covering hours from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions to support reporting and quality assurance.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a US campaign or call‑center environment is preferred, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Availability to work the 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM night shift.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
