Customer Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role
As a Customer Account Manager you will make Nespresso the preferred single‑serve coffee brand among strategic partners. You will drive commercial development, accelerate category growth and enhance brand visibility while building trusted relationships with buying offices and merchandising teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute long‑ and short‑term Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts to maximise high‑value B2C acquisition.
- Define and coordinate promotional activities, paid media, in‑store marketing, events and demos in line with channel strategy.
- Support category management through data analysis, market trends and competitive benchmarking.
- Identify new member acquisition, brand awareness initiatives and distribution strategies with trade and machine partners.
- Maximise contribution of the NABs coffee portfolio, increase machine share and defend against compatibles.
- Establish competitive and risk‑management frameworks using market and shopper insights.
- Build and maintain performance‑driven relationships with existing and new accounts, including machine partners.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts, including margin negotiations and POS merchandising investments.
- Drive new item launches, Nespresso corner strategy execution and incentive actions.
Required profile
- Proven experience developing Joint Business Plans with key accounts.
- Track record of driving B2C acquisition through an integrated product ecosystem.
- Strong ability to negotiate margin and merchandising agreements.
- Experience analysing category data, market trends and competitive benchmarks.
