About the role
As a CRM Analyst within the Clienteling & CRM Department of a leading luxury fashion house, you will help shape data‑driven strategies that deepen client relationships and support business growth. You will work with cross‑functional teams to turn raw client data into actionable insights across both online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual client insight reports.
- Produce ad‑hoc analyses on client behavior to inform strategy and decision‑making.
- Create regional CRM dashboards for central, regional stakeholders and the retail network.
- Track and evaluate the performance of client engagement campaigns, proposing optimisations.
- Define, test and document new KPIs and best‑practice guidelines.
- Ensure data quality, maintain the CRM database and support its enhancement.
- Perform deep‑dive segmentation analyses to identify personalised communication opportunities.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking and provide strategic recommendations.
- Support the design and execution of personalised client journeys and loyalty programmes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, data analysis or a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
