Creative Production Coordinator (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Creative Production Coordinator to oversee the workflow of our graphic design freelancers. You will act as the central hub for task intake, prioritization, and delivery, ensuring that creative output meets quality standards and SLA timelines in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day task flow of the graphic design team – from briefing to final delivery.
• Manage project timelines and SLA compliance, identifying bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Serve as the primary communication point between the creative team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and complete briefs.
• Maintain an accurate project tracker, keeping task statuses, priorities, and workloads visible.
• Drive continuous improvement of production workflows and help scale output using AI tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within an in‑house creative team, agency, or production studio.
• Hands‑on experience with project‑management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Solid understanding of creative production processes for digital formats, including performance creatives and landing pages.
• Clear knowledge of various content types and formats.
