Corporate Strategy Analyst (2-4 years experience)

About the role

The Corporate Strategy Analyst will sit at the heart of Lila Sciences’ future‑planning function. Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Finance, you will work closely with senior leaders and contribute to board‑level materials while supporting strategy, M&A, and OKR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize market, competitive and internal data to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain structured analyses, frameworks and presentations for senior leadership.
• Track emerging trends in AI, life sciences and physical sciences relevant to the company.
• Support deal processes, including landscape mapping, screening and diligence preparation.
• Maintain competitive intelligence across key segments, including partnership activity and technology developments.
• Create and refresh comparable sets and market benchmarks for M&A and partnership evaluation.
• Assist the annual strategic planning cycle with data gathering, cross‑functional synthesis and documentation.
• Manage OKR infrastructure, linking role‑level objectives to company‑level priorities.
• Produce clean, accurate outputs for leadership reviews and planning off‑sites.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking or a related analytical field.
• Strong academic background from a rigorous undergraduate institution.
• Exceptional analytical rigor, financial modeling and structured problem‑framing abilities.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership and ability to drive projects to completion in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
