About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Corporate Service Consultant to provide remote support to our corporate clients. The position is fully home‑office based, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with corporate customers in both Portuguese and English.
  • Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
