About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Corporate Service Consultant to provide remote support to our corporate clients. The position is fully home‑office based, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with corporate customers in both Portuguese and English.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.
