Community Manager – The Felicity on Perry

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of The Felicity on Perry, a stabilized 290‑unit garden‑style community. This position is responsible for achieving financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, reconcile charges, and maintain insurance certificates.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and manage evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Respond to resident inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure maintenance team compliance with service standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance according to company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through property tours, performance updates, and responsive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Salary range $85,000‑$90,000 per year
