About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a residential property in Redmond. You will lead the on‑site team, manage daily activities, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise property staff and coordinate daily operations.
- Monitor and achieve budgeted financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and company policies.
- Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction through excellent service.
- Oversee maintenance, leasing, and community events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations.
