Leasing Professional – Onyx Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Onyx community in Redmond. You will be the front‑line representative, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Coordinate move‑in processes to ensure a seamless experience for new residents.
• Research market comps and support marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Plan and execute community events to foster resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred).
