Community Manager - Mosaic

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Mosaic property in Sacramento. The role oversees daily operations, ensures financial targets are met, and maintains compliance with housing regulations while fostering a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the property budget by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, processing bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage the petty‑cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of multifamily housing operations and relevant regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
