Community Manager for Solis Property in Peachtree Corners

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Solis midrise property in Peachtree Corners. This full‑time position is responsible for leading the on‑site team, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities, resources, and staff to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Provide input on budget development by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Oversee lease‑up activities for a 249‑unit midrise property, including marketing and resident relations.
• Coordinate rotating weekend schedules and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and contribute to budget planning.
