About the role
The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Broadstone Cross Creek property, ensuring resident satisfaction and optimal financial performance. Reporting to senior management, this role combines property management, leasing, and compliance responsibilities within Greystar’s portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
- Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
- Monitor market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Experience managing multifamily residential properties or similar real‑estate assets.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related housing regulations.
- Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate with vendors and owners.
