About the role
Noom is seeking a Communications Associate to support the execution of its external communications strategy. The role sits at the heart of the Communications team, managing daily workflows, building external partnerships, and ensuring seamless coordination across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Communications team, aligning priorities and meeting timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors for PR and brand initiatives.
- Act as a cross‑functional liaison, facilitating workshops, alignment meetings, and collaborative projects.
- Support Noom‑hosted events and community engagement, ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate external conference participation, speaking opportunities, and on‑site logistics.
- Build and nurture media relationships across the PR landscape.
- Draft content for social media, blog posts, and executive talking points, aligning with stakeholder expectations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance cross‑team communication.
- Oversee additional communications functions such as awards submissions, event calendar management, and vendor coordination.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
