About the role

The company, a leading footwear brand, is seeking a Director of Marketing to design, implement and oversee commercial and marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth, increase market share, enhance customer experience and achieve sales and brand positioning goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet sales targets and attract distributors.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Plan and manage events, sponsorships and promotional activities.
• Create and run digital and traditional marketing campaigns, branding initiatives and social media growth.
• Analyze market trends, competition and KPI performance.
• Design customer‑experience programs, loyalty actions and feedback loops.
• Lead, coach and mentor marketing and sales teams.
• Control marketing budget, measure ROI and ensure profitable investment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing or Brand Manager, preferably in footwear, textile, fashion or related sectors.
• Experience with the Latino market in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage strategic financial planning, budgets and indicators.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced CRM management (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• E‑commerce platforms (Shopify, VTX, Magento) and digital platforms.
• Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM).
• Scrum and Agile project management.
• Data analysis, statistics and financial analysis.
• Basic knowledge of AI applications (desirable).
