COE Scheduling Trainer (Remote)

About the role

The COE Scheduling Trainer delivers virtual instructor‑led classes, one‑on‑one coaching and group presentations to home‑health schedulers at AccentCare. Working remotely, the trainer partners with COE leadership and local branch operators to ensure new hires achieve scheduling independence within the established timeframe.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual training for new schedulers covering HCHB navigation, scheduling workflow, reports, daily tasks and end‑of‑day planning.
• Explain complex topics such as logistics planning, capacity enablement, clinician productivity, optimization and continuity of care.
• Partner with local branch leaders to track onboarding progress, mentorship and transition to independent scheduling.
• Conduct annual competency check‑offs for established schedulers to verify adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with COE Scheduling leadership, Learning & Development and Instructional Design to create or update training materials.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years of home‑health scheduling experience.
• Prior experience in training or instruction.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling processes and HCHB workflow.
