About the role
Join Salted’s fast‑growing restaurant team in San Francisco as a Line/Prep Cook. You will work in a dynamic kitchen that focuses on clean, plant‑based cuisine while delivering high‑quality meals to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to Salted’s exacting standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols throughout each shift.
- Collaborate with the virtual front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required profile
- Solid foundation in culinary techniques, including knife work, food prep, and flat‑top cooking.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
- Minimum six months of kitchen experience.
- Comfortable receiving instructions in English.
