About the role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will lead nursing activities for the Kids First program in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This position ensures high‑quality pediatric care, supports staff, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations for the Kids First pediatric unit.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support services to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Manage patient schedules, admissions, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Arkansas.
• BSN degree or equivalent nursing education.
• Experience in pediatric or neonatal nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
