About the role

Tarleton State University seeks a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor to lead Learner Success and Wellness for the Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Medicine (MMSc‑PAM). This full‑time, 12‑month faculty position combines teaching, clinical supervision, and student well‑being initiatives within a vibrant campus community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver graduate‑level coursework and clinical instruction for the MMSc‑PAM program.
• Develop and oversee programs that promote student success, mental health, and overall wellness.
• Participate in curriculum design, assessment, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and conference presentations.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to enhance the educational experience.

Required profile

• Doctorate or terminal degree in a health‑related field.
